Ingredients
  

For the Salad

  • 1 lb Bacon
  • 1 head Romain lettuce
  • 3 cups Cherry or Grape Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Green onions Chopped, optional

For the Dressing

  • 3 Tbsp Mayo
  • 4 Tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1 Large Garlic Clove pressed
  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Fresh Chives
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt or to taste
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp Milk or add to desired consistency

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet on medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain and set aside.
  • Chop the lettuce.
  • Crumble the bacon.
  • In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, and onions.

For the Dressing

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except milk. Add milk, a little bit at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

To Serve

  • When ready to serve, toss the lettuce mix with the dressing. Serve immediately.
