BLT Salad
Ingredients
For the Salad
- 1 lb Bacon
- 1 head Romain lettuce
- 3 cups Cherry or Grape Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Green onions Chopped, optional
For the Dressing
- 3 Tbsp Mayo
- 4 Tbsp Sour Cream
- 1 Large Garlic Clove pressed
- 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Fresh Chives
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt or to taste
- 1 to 2 Tbsp Milk or add to desired consistency
Instructions
- In a skillet on medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain and set aside.
- Chop the lettuce.
- Crumble the bacon.
- In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, and onions.
For the Dressing
- In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except milk. Add milk, a little bit at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
To Serve
- When ready to serve, toss the lettuce mix with the dressing. Serve immediately.
