  • 2 cups sweet corn fresh or frozen
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh basil leaves small handful

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, over medium heat, melt butter.
  • Add corn, green onions, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Sauté until kernels are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat; stir in basil; serve.
