- 3 cups Whole Wheat Pasta, uncooked Spiral Noodles
- 6 cups Romaine Lettuce Torn
- 3 cups Rotisserie Chicken Roughly/Coarsely Shredded
- 2 medium Tomatoes Diced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, Fresh Grated
- 1/2 cup Caesar Salad Dressing
- 1/3 cup Almonds Slivered, toasted
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, rinse with cold water, then drain again.
Toss with remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately.
For Meal Prep: Prepare pasta according to package directions. Once drained and cooled, add chicken and store in a tightly closed Mason jar.
Combine parmesan, dressing and olives in a glass Mason jar; cover tightly with lid.
Keep lettuce, and tomatoes in separate containers (glass Mason jars, covered) until ready to serve.
Toss together when ready to serve.
