Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breasts fat trimmed, diced
  • 1 pound Carrots peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Celery chopped
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Wild Rice Uncooked
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme dried
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth

Instructions
 

  • Layer all ingredients in a slow cooker. Stir a couple of times to distribute the broth.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Notes

To Prep Ahead:  Combine all ingredients except the broth in a freezer-safe bag or container.  Freeze until ready to cook (or up to three months).  
When ready to cook, add contents of the freezer container to a slow cooker.  Pour the 4 cups of brother over the top.  Cook on low for 8 hours.
