Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Mini Carrots
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine carrots, water, honey, butter, and salt in a skillet. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Cover and cook until tender (5-7 minutes).
  • Uncover and cook, stirring frequently, until the liquid is a syrupy glaze (1-2 minutes). Stir in lemon juice and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve.
