Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt MUST be Greek yogurt; use Greek Gods or Fage Brand to minimize unnecessary ingredients.
  • 1/4 cup Whey Protein (1 scoop)
  • 1 Tbsp Milk
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries Fresh or frozen
  • 1 Peach Fresh or canned, sliced or diced
  • 1/4 cup Granola (Look for this in the breakfast or baking isle; use Bear Naked or Bob's Red Mill)
  • 2 Tbsp Dark Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • Combine yogurt, whey protein, and milk in a mixing bowl (or blender). Mix until the whey protein is fully incorporated and a smooth consistency is achieved. Transfer to serving dish.
  • Top with blueberries, peaches, granola, and mini chocolate chips. Drizzle with honey.
  • Enjoy!
