- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt MUST be Greek yogurt; use Greek Gods or Fage Brand to minimize unnecessary ingredients.
- 1/4 cup Whey Protein (1 scoop)
- 1 Tbsp Milk
- 1/4 cup Blueberries Fresh or frozen
- 1 Peach Fresh or canned, sliced or diced
- 1/4 cup Granola (Look for this in the breakfast or baking isle; use Bear Naked or Bob's Red Mill)
- 2 Tbsp Dark Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp Honey
Combine yogurt, whey protein, and milk in a mixing bowl (or blender). Mix until the whey protein is fully incorporated and a smooth consistency is achieved. Transfer to serving dish.
Top with blueberries, peaches, granola, and mini chocolate chips. Drizzle with honey.
