Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 24 Oz Salmon Fillets Skin On (4 6-oz fillets)
  • 1 Small Lemon

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine the first three ingredients; whisk until thoroughly combined.
  • Place salmon in a shallow dish; add sauce mixture; turn each fillet to coat. Let marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, preheat oven to 425℉.
  • Transfer salmon to baking dish; roast in the preheated oven for 13 minutes. Broil for one minute before removing from oven.
  • Squeeze a bit of lemon juice on each fillet. Serve.
