Honey Siracha Salmon
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Sriracha Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 24 Oz Salmon Fillets Skin On (4 6-oz fillets)
- 1 Small Lemon
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the first three ingredients; whisk until thoroughly combined.
- Place salmon in a shallow dish; add sauce mixture; turn each fillet to coat. Let marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat oven to 425℉.
- Transfer salmon to baking dish; roast in the preheated oven for 13 minutes. Broil for one minute before removing from oven.
- Squeeze a bit of lemon juice on each fillet. Serve.
