Put the oats in a blender or food processor and blend until it is a flour-like consistency.
Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix to combine.
In a blender, add banana, egg, and milk. Blend until all ingredients are smooth and well combined.
Pour the banana, egg, and milk mixture into the dry ingredients; mix until well combined and lumps are gone (but don't overmix).
Let rest for 7 minutes.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over low heat.
Pour batter into the skillet using a 1/4 cup scoop or measuring cup. Cook until small bubbles begin to form on the tops of the pancakes (3-4 minutes); carefully flip the pancake over and cook another minute or two.
Top with berry sauce, maple syrup, or your other favorite (healthy!) toppings.
