Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/4 cup Whey Protein Vanilla Flavored
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 medium Banana ripe
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 tsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Put the oats in a blender or food processor and blend until it is a flour-like consistency.
  • Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix to combine.
  • In a blender, add banana, egg, and milk. Blend until all ingredients are smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the banana, egg, and milk mixture into the dry ingredients; mix until well combined and lumps are gone (but don't overmix).
  • Let rest for 7 minutes.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over low heat.
  • Pour batter into the skillet using a 1/4 cup scoop or measuring cup. Cook until small bubbles begin to form on the tops of the pancakes (3-4 minutes); carefully flip the pancake over and cook another minute or two.
  • Top with berry sauce, maple syrup, or your other favorite (healthy!) toppings.
