Roasted Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Broccoli Florets Fresh, not frozen
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place on the middle rack of the oven.
- In a bowl, toss all ingredients until broccoli is well coated.
- Carefully spread broccoli evenly on the baking sheet; be sure to scrape all oil/seasoning out of the bowl and on to the broccoli.
- Roast in the oven until crisp-tender (15-17 minutes), tossing halfway through.
- Transfer to serving dish.
