Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs Broccoli Florets Fresh, not frozen
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil and place on the middle rack of the oven.
  • In a bowl, toss all ingredients until broccoli is well coated.
  • Carefully spread broccoli evenly on the baking sheet; be sure to scrape all oil/seasoning out of the bowl and on to the broccoli.
  • Roast in the oven until crisp-tender (15-17 minutes), tossing halfway through.
  • Transfer to serving dish.
