Seasoned Beef-n-Eggs

- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 oz lean ground beef
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 green onion chopped
- 2 eggs
In a skillet, over medium heat, melt the butter.
Add ground beef; brown the beef, separating with a wooden spoon, until cooked through (7-ish minutes).
Drain most of the fat; stir seasonings into the ground beef; add 1/2 of the chopped green onion. Fold together until well combined. Transfer to a serving plate; cover to keep warm.
In that same skillet, crack the eggs (throw away the shell!); season with salt and pepper; cook the eggs. (Cook to your preferred doneness).
Place the eggs on the beef mixture; garnish with remaining green onion and serve.
