Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups spinach
  • 3 cups kale
  • 1 cucumber cut into chunks
  • 3 ribs celery cut into chunks
  • Juice of one lemon fresh squeezed
  • 2 cups 100% pure apple juice
  • 1 15 oz can pears with juice (100% pears/juice, nothing added)
  • 1 cup loosely-packed fresh mint

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients into an extractor/blender.  Process until smooth.
  • I prefer to use my Nutribullet and process using the "extract" mode, 3 times.
  • Serve chilled.
